1. The service
RotShift lets you save public short-form video links and turns them into structured, searchable notes using automated transcription and AI analysis. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You sign in with a magic link or Google account and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or use it for unlawful content.
3. Acceptable use
Only submit links to content you may lawfully access. Don't use RotShift to harass, infringe copyright, scrape at scale, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or resell analysis output as a competing API. AI-generated summaries can be wrong — verify anything important before acting on it.
4. Plans, billing & refunds
The Free plan includes a monthly analysis quota. Pro is a subscription billed through our payment partner Lemon Squeezy (the merchant of record), monthly or yearly, and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep Pro until the end of the paid period. If something is broken on our side, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we'll make it right with a fix or a refund.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to links you submit and notes you create. You grant us the limited license needed to process, store, and display them back to you. Analysis of a public reel may be reused internally so the same reel isn't re-processed for every user.
6. Service changes & liability
The service is provided "as is". We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
